Most proud of: I am most proud of how far I have come from being a young mom, who had no idea what I was doing, to now having a flourishing career with an amazing familty that supports me.

Jesse Cole
Shop Lead
Jesse leads daily shop execution at FloState, overseeing workflow, quality control, and technician coordination to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. He sets the standard for workmanship, safety, and performance across the shop floor.

Jesse Cole

About: He was the first technician that we hired when we opened in 2019, Jesse enlisted in the military and moved away. Recently, he retired from the military and moved back to the area with his wife Liz and their children.

Steve is a veteran ASE Master Technician with over 50 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining light and medium duty diesel vehicles. Applies decades of experience to accurately diagnose and resolve complex diesel issues.

Robbie is an experienced technician with a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance. In addition to his work as a technician, he specializes in aftermarket accessories and vehicle customization, including the installation of lift and leveling kits, lighting systems and electrical components.

Diesel was found just hours old in FloState’s parking lot and has been part of the team ever since. A favorite among customers and staff, she spends her days sunbathing in the office, taking well-timed naps and quietly boosting morale.
